The St.Alphege school building is on the main road in the centre of the seaside town of Whitstable.
St. Alphege Church of England Infant School Whitstable is well known for its friendly, caring, child centred atmosphere. The staff are specialist Foundation and Key Stage One teachers.
There are currently 235 children on the school roll. They are formed into 9 classes, 3 Reception, 3 Year 1 and 3 Year 2. The school has close links with two nearby Junior schools where most children transfer for Key Stage Two:
